It wont open my raw images .. im on a mac 10.4 . when I try to open a window pops up says " Photoshop does not recognize this type of file" the raw is from a Canon G10 . It worked before when I had a trial version of CS4 Extend, but when I put in a master suite version ...it dosn't work.<br> I even downloaded the latest upgrade for raw ...still wont read it .<br> Please help .<br> thanks,<br> Stella</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wolf_weber Posted July 17, 2010 Share Posted July 17, 2010 <p>First, Stella, are they DMG files and is it 10.4.11..? If so U shouldn't have problems. When U get a CA-G10 suitcase on Ur desktop. Open it, then hit 'Edit', then 'Select All'... All files in the suitcase should light up, click on any of them, now PhotoShop's Camera Raw 5.7 should load, slowly maybe, depending on the amount of Ram available.<br> If that doesn't work come back and give us a holler.</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
