Creating Twin Cities Back-up Network

I am attempting to formalize a back-up network for pro wedding photographers in

the Twin Cities. Photographers in the pool will have access to "back-ups" on

the date of their weddings. I am looking to have a total of 20+ pro's on board

for this to work. On any given weekend, 2 photographers not booked will be

assigned as "back-up". Customers will be retained by the original photographer.

The "back-up"'s responsibility is to provide wedding photography coverage only.

back-up's fee is yet to be determined but will more then likely be an hourly or

flat rate. "back-up's" may be paid to have their cell's close to them, but this

is also to be determined. If you are interested or know someone who may be
