Matt Laur Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 <p>Will one photographer be able to handle the job?<br /><br />Do you need to shoot against a logo backdrop as people enter (red carpet walk style)?<br /><br />Do you need to print on site (or at all)?<br /><br />Do you need to provide individual access to images online, or are you simply delivering a disk full of material?<br /><br />Will you be doing careful post work?<br /><br />Will you be needing to keyword/caption/tag images with attendees' names/titles?<br> How long is the event?<br /><br />Are we talking ten people, or two hundred people?<br /><br />Will you need to rent any equipment so that you have at least 2x complete redundancy on bodies, batteries, lenses, and flashes?<br /><br />Will you be expected to include any video?<br /><br />Will you need to travel?<br /><br /><em>What is their budget</em>?</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
