CMC to CFC?

<p>Now that we have a Modern Film Camera (MFC) forum it seems like Classic Manual Cameras (CMC) forum would sound more sensible as Classic Film Cameras (CFC).</p>

<p>I disagree. I think that would encourage more arguments and confusion about what type of camera discussions should go in which forum.</p>

<p>I like the "manual" designation because it makes the subject matter pretty clear. Yes, no matter what we do, there are always going to be some gray areas. But I think what we've got is about as good as it's going to get.</p>

<p>No. There's too much effort these days into making things "CFC free". Even the canned air we use to clean our cameras says CFC free.</p>
