rikki_ward Posted August 16, 2011 Share Posted August 16, 2011 <p>Hi there-<br> I'm trying to clean get to the Canon IJ Printer Utility page so that I can clean my print heads.<br> However, when I go to System Preferences>Print&Fax>Printers>Open Print Queue>Utlitity, my printer name does not show up and neither do the names of the 4 other printers I have installed on my machine.<br> I have an IMac OSX, version 10.5.8.<br> Any suggestions?<br> Thanks,<br> Rikki</p> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
