demi_dia
Hello everyone, I'm just starting a small portrait studio business and i mostly photograph children. i was wondering what kind of props do you use and if you have any suggestions about props that i could make myself (please keep in mind that i am from Greece and thus my recourses are limited and i have to make a lot of things by myself) Thank you in advance for your help. nicole_rodriguez2
Go to www.etsy.com and look up photography props. You will find all kinds ideas for knitted pods, cocoons, hats, tutu's and baby leggin's.
Also, a bean bag covered with textured fabrics will be your best friend for posing babies who can't sit.
Go to an antique store and look at old paint step stools, children's rocking chairs etc.
For additional inspiration look at other photography sites...thats where I get my ideas!
phwriter11
colorful and soft toys, dogs would be nice props. and for outdoor props my vote goes to bright sun, umbrella, flower, dry leaves , or a nice hat :)
