nigel_craig
An ebay powerseller is offering a US sourced 70-200 F4L IS for ?605, whereas the cheapest UK stock is ?719 (7day shop in Guernsey). This guy maintains the UK cashback of ?100 from Canon EU/UK for this lens is valid even on non-UK stocks lens - I can't tell until I see if they accept it but I am sceptical. Does anyone know? d12monkey
I would assume. No. The US rebates only work on US lenses not Grey market lenses ie no US lenses. But I may be wrong.
NK Guy
You're right to be sceptical; the guy's talking bollocks. Read the terms and conditions of Canon's rebates. http://canon20thanniversary.onlinerebates.com/terms.aspx "The cashback is only valid where this product has been originally sold by Canon in the EEA or Switzerland."
