Happy Thursday everyone! I'm away from my computer and iphoning it tonight so this is going to be short and sweet. I don't have

access to a photo at the moment, but ill post one soon. So, lets get this thing going and lets see those photos! Hope everyone is having

a great week!

<p>Shoot in a recording studio for a couple days this last week.</p>

<p>I recently acquired 10 or so EOS film cameras for $50. So I've been testing them. One of the cameras had a bad battery door and one appears to not autofocus at all, but the rest have been fine. Here's a shot on an old emulsion some of you may know or remember.</p><div></div>

<p>I was in San Diego last weekend and visited a small wetland to look for birds. As I got ready to shoot, I realized my two batteries for my 7D were totally dead. Bad planning. So I pulled out my backup, a Digital Rebel XT and attached my 400 mm lens. Here are three shots. I was very pleased to stumble across a Little Blue Heron again. I have seen them here before, but this is the only place I have ever seen a Little Blue Heron.</p><div></div>

<p>Great start! Here's a captive at the local aviary.</p><div></div>

<p>Weekend on the lake having fun with the Grand Kids, took two lenses, 35 1.4 and the 85 1.2 this is the 85.</p><div></div>

<p>For the past three years the physics teacher at my school has held a light and laser show. Basically it is a science fair centered around experiments using light that his students have studied. He always ask me to come and take pictures, so last night I did. It is needless to say a photographic challenge, at least for someone like myself with such minimal photo-skills. He asked me if I thought I could take a picture of him writing the word LIGHT with a lased pen. So after a few attempts, this is what I got. Certainly not the best shot I took during the past week, but definitely the most challenging.</p><div></div>
