Canon Thursday October 7, 2021

Good day everyone! Its Canon Thursday again and I cordially invite you to share up to 3 of your favorite photos taken with your Canon gear. Please make sure that each of your photos is no more than 1000 pixels along its longest edge.

I prefer nature to people as subjects, but these clam diggers were too good to resist. Taken at Point St George in Del Norte County, CA with a 7Dmk2 and the ever reliable Canon 70-200 f4. Have a great day, everyone.

 

A few from a visit to Castle in the Clouds, located in Moltonborough, NH (USA)

I was in Newport and Jamestown RI last week. All day outside, I love October! All taken with the 90d and Tamron 16-300mm - a great travel lens. The night image was challenging because it was windy and I discovered that one of the rubber feet was missing off my tripod. The Fisherman was in shock over the striper he caught, a keeper by one half inch! The sail boats lined up on the dock at Ft. Adams are used in the sailing school.

Picture from several years back when it still rained in the Bay Area. Right now we're in the worst drought I've seen here, even worse than 1976/77 in Marin County. when I first moved out here from the City.
