chuck_ross
I have a 430EZ flash that is somewhat incompatible with an EOS 620. It's viewfinder readout for shutter speed and f-stop flash continually, altho pictures seem fairly well exposed, but I have a feeling thisduo is incompatible with each other. I have just purchased an Elan IIE,and while I realize it has built-in flash, for the occasional time when I might need off-camera flash, bounce flash or just more flash power,is there any problem using the 430EZ with the Elan IIE?
Thanks for any info!
Chuck
bobatkins
The 430EZ should be fully compatible with the ElanII/IIE. It should also be fully compatible with the 620, except that the flash exposure compensation feature of the 430EZ won't work on the 620 or 650 (but it will on the 630). What needs to be done to get correct exposure, either fill flash or straight flash?
