"Yes we're aware of the issue, but it's WAY down or list of things to fix." Or even "Noted" Would be better than NO answer at all. It's not just my issue from a week ago. G-P Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 Hi Doug - apologies for missing your post, however many if not all posts are acknowledged by either myself or tech support. Truth is if the issue reported can not be immediately recreated in Chrome, Firefox and Safari across desktop, mobile and tablet it is pushed down the list for further investigation as time allows but those 3 browsers account for 97% of our traffic. Yes, I'll agree the responses have gotten better in the last year or two and I understand your explanation (and agree) of the need to prioritize.
