Bug on the alert added page for the B&W film forum

<p>I added an alert in a thread in the B&W photography forum. When it was done, it sent me to this page:</p>

<p>The link that is broken is in the breadcrumb navigation at the top:</p>

<p>I pasted that in, I don't know if the formatting will stick. The "B&W Photo - Film & Processing" breadcrumb link points to this URL:</p>

<p>http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a.tcl?topic=B&W%20Photo%20-%20Film%20&%20Processing</p>

<p>But when I go there I get an error message that says</p>

<p>"There is no forum with the topic name of <em>B</em> . Either you have mistyped a URL or something is seriously wrong with the photo.net Discussion Forums system."</p>

<p>Probably need to escape that ampersand, if I had to take a guess.</p>

<p>Ampersands in URLs can cause problems. It's safest to replace them with %26 just as spaces should be replaced with %20<br>
