alvinyap
Hey pnetters!
I'm looking for a book for posing people, both male and female .

I recently got "Posing techniques for photographing model portfolios" and it's targetted at female models. Granted, I had lots of good tips there I used to my advantage during my shoot, but for the guys I was relying more on reference poses off flickr and image searches. Any tips? Thanks!

Regards,
Alvin

phialv
Hi Alvin, The book recommended by Andy looks good for 'corrective' portraits, and I might buy it myself. If you want something about the BASICS of portraits, you might want to look at Zeltsman's tutorials at http://jzportraits.home.att.net/. Good luck, Phil
