Bessa I little screw

  1. Sorry to post this (not really). I've searched the forum archives
and cant find it, but I know its been answered.

My new Bessa I has a tiny screw in the flash mount shoe . I know it
adjusts something because I read it on this forum, but I cant
remember what it does. Can anyone help?
  2. Hello Frank,
my BESSA I have it too. Is a screw to stop and fixed the Voigtlaender attachment like a Voigtlaender Kontursucher, external rangefinder etc.,or littel lightmeters, and a flash.

  3. It's just a forward stop for the shoe. I don't recall if it may penetrate to the casting to hold the cover as well. There's nothing on a I to adjust.
  4. You can reach a rangefinder adjustment after you remove the flash shoe. But you didn't hear that from me.
  5. it has a rangefinder?

  6. I think it had an optional rangefinder called the Kontur.
  7. Hello Frank,

no, the external Voigtlaender rangefinder for BESSA I in chromed satin have the code number: 93/184.

The Voigtlaender "Kontursucher" for the BESSA I is a external Viewer
only included frames with parallaxm. Is usual with two open eyes
for supense frames like a 3- D or stereo effect.
