Benefit dinner building access

  1. I'm donating my services to a non-profit to do documentary
    photographic coverage of their annual benefit dinner. Is it common
    practice for the customer to arrange access to a third-party building
    where the customer's event will take place, or is that my
    responsibility? I have access to the building, but I'd like to gain
    access to the balconies on secured floors above, as I feel this will
    provide a unique angle to photograph the atrium below.
     
  2. Talk to the meeting coordinator, and the lessor of the rooms.
