steve_west
Here's a link to an article I read a couple of weeks ago and was wondering how many people here working in photography were getting work and how much work, solely from their websites. Not introductions or word of mouth, but literally just being picked out from the Net... http://www.photographyblog.com/comments.php?id=4270_0_1_0_C Cheers. al_kaplan1
I've picked up some work just from my ramblings here and on a couple of other photo.net forums. Of the photographers' websites I've seen, most take way too long to load on a dial-up connection and are more of a show-off of the person's programming skills than of the underlying photography. ray .
Al, you must get work from some people who are down to basics types...... it must be the distain you constantly express for anything battery operated. ;)
furcafe
I had a publisher buy 1 of my photos to use in a book based on an author finding the photo on the 'net (a free photo site, not a personal site).
