carlos_prado2
Hello

I tried to repair my old Argus C3 Camera and realized I was in over my head.

Yes, I read all the online manuals. I gave it my best shot and still I cannot put it back together again.

Maybe i am just technically challenged.

Anyway, can anyone suggest a repair/restoration technician who specializes in Argus cameras?

Thanks

mfophotos
C3s are worth about $10 on average. I would just find another one that works.
leicaglow
I would second that. If a part is broken, it's going to cost another body or custom made part to make it work again. I have several C3's, and I don't think one of them work anymore.
Rob_the_waste
If you're sure that you haven't lost any of the parts, you could put them in a sealed container and send them to me. I can try and see how far I can get when I free up some time. In the meantime, I have a C3 that does work.
matthew_rusbarsky
Here is another idea if you don't want to take up Rob on his kind offer. There are very few parts in a C3 and it should take 5 minutes to put one back together. I you have a digital camera to take the photos I'm sure I could talk you through it via email or this board.
