steve_larese1 Posted March 3, 2003 Share Posted March 3, 2003 Hi, For years I've always shot APX 100 and developed in 1:50 Rodinal and was happy. Now my "darkroom" plumbing has exploded and I'll be using the local lab for ease, which only uses TMAX developer. Is it a sin to soup APX 100 in TMAX? Is it obvious to assume that TMAX 100 would produce better results in TMAX developer? Thanks for any anecdotes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
graphicjoe Posted March 3, 2003 Share Posted March 3, 2003 Steve, I would work hard to get that darkroom going again. I have always been frustrated when I�ve had commercial labs process B&W film. larry_lambert1 Posted March 5, 2003 Share Posted March 5, 2003 If they are doing like most labs i've tried for others (they needed a local guy when I wasn't local), APX 100 in Tmax will give EI 160, approximately.
