asher
Hello,

I'm researching a potential purchase for my mother, and do not have local access to an E-series camera to try this myself. I use an EOS DSLR and so I am unfamiliar with the E-420. I've also looked through all the review sites and have not found a clear answer to this question:

On E-series cameras (specifically the E-420), in aperture priority mode, is it possible to change the f-stop without using the LCD menus, ie with the control dial behind the shutter? If not, what is/are the most efficient way(s) to adjust the f-stop?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Asher
