frank_skomial
I use the 90/2.8 LS with 2X tele converter. Nothing difficult or time consuming. It just takes a bit longer from the time you press the button, to actual flash exposure, so it is certainly not for sport photography. It works great for outdoor portraits with flash fill-in. The extra time delay actually works in favor for reducing closed eye effect caused by the mirror slap noise. For completely quiet and fool proof portraits I use Mamiya TLR with 180 mm lens, with fill flash.
