wood Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 <p>I have tried their critique service recently and although the paid critique from one of the pros (Sara Constanca) was excellent, the customer service for the website is non-existent. After several e-mails attempting to resolve an issue with an offered free critique, I have given up on the site.
