Anyone ever made an enclosure for your wedding albums?

I just received my first magazine style wedding album and need some ideas for making an elegant enclosure for it.

Anyone out there made something like this before? I would also consider a low cost source for folio-type or

clam-shell box enclosures.

A few labs offer the "enclosers" Candid 2000 sends the books in a black cloth like cover, Eclipse ( General products sends them in a box with a cloth wrap and Grapi you can get a suit case to carry the albums in for an upgrade.

You may also want to take a look at craft stores or craft websites. You may find something that isn't made specifically for albums, but unique and elegant without being expensive.

Go to Hobby Lobby or any store that sells creative wrapping papers or "stuff" for fun / creative projects and

pick out your

materials to cover a nice quality box. I'm sure you can find a box, it's the cover and frills you want / need

inspiration for to drive your project forward.

 

Later, when you're rich and famous go to Finao.com and buy products.

Great ideas! William- what beautiful products. I have experience making books from a rare book library where sewing books back together and protecting them in archival enclosures were standard but those were generally just about 18% grey. Great idea to cover the box. I hadn't thought of that. I could make a clam shell box from book board and then cover with some nice fabric. Tiffany, I also like the folders from Candid. Have you ever seen those in person?
