emaxxman
Here's a link to the new Kodak-Nikon based digital SLR.
New Nikon body
God I wish "the mind of Minolta" of would get off its lazy ass and get a digital SLR body out already. carl smith
Up here in Rochacha there are also rumors of a Canon based body. Unfortunately this tells us nothing of a plain old Nikon body, without the Kodak guts on the inside.
chuck
The article says something about 12-18 Mpixel but does seem to mention anything about it being based on a Nikon body.
cliff_lesergent
There's no mention of Nikon in the article. The new camera will use a CMOS sensor, so it sounds like a Canon EOS-based body. More likely, though, it is the new "Olydak" digital SLR that Olympus and Kodak have been collaborating on for some time now.

eric_palmer1
The Kodak Press Release mentions that it has a Nikon lens mount only. It will be interesting to see how this camera plays out once people get a chance to test it. It appears to have fabulous resolution and a decent price.
Seems to me you would need to carry a laptop with you to store the images or otherwise carry many CompactFlash cards.
