georges_urbain_ren__lagard
I made a very very large landscape panorama (19,360 pixels wide) with a Nikon Coolpix 995 and a tripod<br> It's displayed on www.photoSIG.com as a 3 parts article (in the third part I explain how I did it) <a href="http://www1.photosig.com/viewarticle.php?id=752">Click here to see it</a><br> Any comments - including complaints about download time: ADSL = 2 min but much more with a 56K - are welcome, one of the question being <i>Are you ready for that ?</i><div></div>

jim_gifford
Fadcinating article and beautiful result. Shouldn't there be a little Citroen 2CV that shows up in both the first and last frames? (Old panorama joke)
michael abbott
Impressive detail indeed! But it would (IMHO) be interesting to see if you could find whole landscapes that hang together as a single 360 picture. On that topic, you might like these: http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/paw/images/yongedundaslarge.jpg (which is discussed at http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/v22/msg06804.html ) and: http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/paw/pages/weeks14to16.html
michael abbott
Oops, I suppose I should have linked the page not the image for the first one above. Here it is: http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/paw/pages/week12.html and a sort-of landscape: http://www.pinkheadedbug.com/paw/pages/week10.html All are by John Brownlow.
