A review of the updated Pixii rangefinder camera

It's better than you think it is, but not quite as good as you probably want it to be. The original did not interest me. The updated version is tempting, though.

Leica perfected the rangefinder. But the cost is stupendous. I was always hoping Fuji would have made a Leica knockoff for half the price of a Leica. And they could have improved on the Leica sensor that is usually outdated by the time it comes out. For the money they charge, Leica sensors should be top shelf. Maybe Leica has changed, I have not kept up with them. But that was how it was.

This company produced a nice looking camera. But not for me. If they shrunk it down like an old half frame 35mm, then maybe. But it has to be Leica like, all manual.
