lee_shively Posted August 13, 2004 Share Posted August 13, 2004 After reading the post by John Fulton about the Winogrand book finally being published, I went on Amazon to check some other books on my wishlist. Apparently Josef Koudelka's "Chaos" is about to be published again--or maybe it already has. It's been out of print for some time. Amazon's price was less than $50.00 but it said it would take 3-5 weeks to deliver. I can be patient so I ordered it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Troll Posted August 14, 2004 Share Posted August 14, 2004 My only experience with Koudelka was with a "freebee" copy of "Gypsies" I got by purchasing something else. I just looked through it again and frankly, it's really awful, both the pictures and the reproduction. Since seeing this Post, however, I've checked his work in the "Masters of Photography" website, and am really impressed with his abstract, almost surreal images. Thanks for the Post, Lee.
