Didier Lamy
How about a forum for posting screwed up photos that unexpectedely ended up as ~good ones?
I am sure that everybody here would have some interesting miracles to show. This could be fun, and occasionally technically helpful.
This idea just occured to me with this tiny miracle:
I was so concentrated on focusing these people who were walking fast that I forgot to set the exposure. Personally I like the way the dress and the shirt stand out. Post scanning I just added a bit more underexposure .

Gup
Didier, if you resize to a height of 700 pixels the photo will show up here in the thread and probably draw more discussion.
bobatkins
This forum really isn't for discussion of members photographs. That's what the Photo Critique forum is for.

On the subject of a forum for accidental photographs, I don't think it's really going to fly.

JDMvW
Jeff Spirer +1
That's the way to go, since, by its nature, the topic is, well, accidental - one hopes that also means occasional. :)
Open a thread there, Resize your picture to no more than 700 pixels max dimension, put a title on it, and I'm sure many of us will join you.
colin carron
No Words - absolutely. I have a fine selection of foul-ups to choose from to contribute to your thread though 'good' might be over-stating it..

Norma Desmond
Didier, nice idea. Thanks for sharing it with the community. The few words of accompanying explanation make it interesting. Don't have any to share myself but interested to see and hear about others' accidents.
We didn't need dialogue. We had faces!
Didier Lamy
ok, I will move this invention to the "no words" forum. However, I would expect that each post is an opportunity for "words", and even comments... Ken: so are mine, each one is a surprise..
Norma Desmond
"each post is an opportunity for "words""

Which is why, IMO, No Words will rule out one good feature of this idea.

No Words is a great forum, but not for everything.
We didn't need dialogue.
