gatorgums
My dads suffering ended June 21-2007. The shot of him in the chair was the last l took. I could not take a picture of him from the front. He was a leading aircraft mechanic in the 2nd world war. He was an inventor. He was a tinkerer. He took me fishing when i was a kid. The camera l used was a Pony flash 300. There was a funny green tinge to that pic for some reason. That wheel chair was his bed and constant companion. I believe i took the pic June 20-2007. The other pic of the building is cropped in to elliminate extra detail. The cat is my Princess - no, I mean her NAME is Princess.. hehehehe<div></div>

connealy
That one of the cat really shows the fine quality that the lens was capable of producing. I only have the Pony IV, but am looking forward to trying out the 35 model eventually.
gatorgums
Thanks. Its a really simple camera to use. You just have to estimate the exposure, that's all. I like the pop out lens!
richard_beisigl
If your dad was in the hospital, the green tint could be from the lighting.

tony_lockerbie
It is a touching story, memories for you. The green cast could be the lighting as Richard has suggested, or the shot could be underexposed as well. Tony
gatorgums
Thanks for the comments. I really couldn't say about where the greenish cast came from, but that's really incidental. I remember i had the pics developed at Wallmart, so if that says anything. Anyhow, its a fun camera to use because it is so simple; ( except the exposure part, but with film is forgiving provided the developers want to bother adjusting the levels. I have a Chinon CX with a Pentax smc tak 135 f2.5 mounted, and i want to give that a spin next month- December-2008. (Just got that lens for $7 at the thrift store-(Goodwill) so not much to lose!) Kind of exciting, but l am hoping that i have the so called " better" 6 element 135! Oh well, they say that it is o.k stopped down one or two to f4 or so. Best to all.
