byronlawrence
actually the valeo 6 says it is compatible but the bigger mp versions like the 11 or 17 or 22 don't mention the compatiblity.. maybe if you pay that much for a digital back it will be compatible with your a** if you ask them? also finding prices has always been hard for me to do too. hakon_soreide
Wonder if they ever make one that is compatible with the Mamiya 7II? If they can make a polaroid back that works, I'm sure that they'd be able to construct a digital back for that camera too. Perhaps it's so far ahead in the future that it's a 50MP back when it arrives, with 24-bit rather than 16-bit colour depth, and perhaps it only costs $1,000.
Just a bit of daydreaming there. If they do make one, it'll probably still be cheaper by far to buy that 8000dpi drum scanner and make some wicked scans from the regular film instead.
Hakon Soreide
Bergen, Norway
www.hakonsoreide.com

vivek iyer
Mamiya makes a digital back (22mpix) for Mamiya and it costs a lot less than the Leaf back.
John Crowe
Patience is a virtue. In 6 to 8 years you will be able to buy these or better for under $6000 USD. In the meantime stick to film or a DSLR.
