28-135 lens stuck D:

<p>After about three months of use, my lens' zoom is stuck. It will zoom from 28-(about) 90. It wont go the full 135. something is wrong obviously :(</p>

<p>1. is there anything I can do about it?</p>

<p>2. I tried doing a repair request at canon but instead i just get a "No model information with id : 7337"<br>

- it might be my serial number. Where do i find it on a lens?<br>

3. How much would it cost to get fixed?</p>

<p>Unmount your lens and the serial number is on the mount side of the lens. Look carefully because it is not easy to spot. Hope this helps.</p>

<p>Call Canon. They will talk you through it.</p>
