I know there is a 2mm difference in the short end but Erwin in his review compared the zoom to the very old 21mm f/4 Super Angulon and the consumer Canon zoom which doesn't tell me much. albert knapp md Posted May 1, 2003 Share Posted May 1, 2003 The second version of the 19mm is a masterpiece and one of my favorite lenses. I have played with the 21-35mm zoomlens and am also impressed but feel the prime is superior to this zoom..
