scott_ferris
Well I personally benefited from all the MkIII rubbish and picked up a mint one (which has the distinction of being the only one in the world that focuses perfectly) for a bargain. Come on everybody destroy the MkIV so I can get one of those for half price too...............
ben_goren
I wouldn’t worry. Cameras often have firmware updates soon after initial release, then another few over the next couple years, and then no more afterwards. I don’t see anything abnormal here.

Cheers,

b&
