16S Super Slide Film Back

<p>One of the backs I bought and though it is 645 format for the Hasselbld camera is the 16S super slide back.</p>

<p>It is a sort of full square format but sound too small to, is this just a format like this or is this to work with a special film type ?</p>

<p>It uses 120 film. It is designed to make slides (when you use slide film) that will project in a regular 35mm projector.You have to cut the film down and mount in special mounts, most are glass. I've bought the mounts on the auction site but some larger photo store also sell them. I use my back more for shooting "artsy" portraits and printing them full frame with a black border.</p>
