thidglance
Despite much looking around I can't seem to find an good papers in the 13" roll sizes. By good I pretty much mean heavy weight matte or archival matte. Everything is avaliable for the 24" 7600. Any advice ?
emre
Glancing at my possibly outdated supplies list I can see the following rolls:

S041378 Premium Glossy Photo (26ft)
S041409 Premium Luster (32ft)
joseph_wisniewski
The 2200 roll paper has a narrow core, about 1 inch. I don't think you could wrap archival matte or HW matte around such a narrow core without creasing it or cracking the coated surface. If memory serves the 7600 has a 3 inch diameter core, which is tight, but workable. Ciao! Joe
graphicjoe
James,If you can live with Premium Luster Photo Paper Epson makes a product (S041409) that is very good, but it isnt matt. The rolls are 13 X 32.8. I have looked for a similar product in a matt finish, but to not avail. If you find a matt paper in rolls I hope you will share the info here; I would love to have a few rolls. Thanks, Joe Stephenson
blueviews
Red River makes their 47 pound matte paper in 13 inch rolls but on a 3 inch core. I made a very simple holder for 3 inch rolls using an old paper towel dispenser and a 18 inch square of wood and it works great. Also inkjet art sells a 60 foot roll of 45 lb matt paper as well. If you want they also sell roll paper dispensers that fit in the box the paper came in. My kluge works better but takes a little more space. graphicjoe
Bill, Have you used the Red River papers with the Epson 2000P? I ask because Epson tells its users the terrible things will happen to their printers if they use papers other than those made by Epson. I dont know if the clogging they talk about will happen or if they are just trying to sell their papers. Im happy enough with their matt papers in sheet sizes, but would also like a roll version version of the matt paper. wyn_jones1
Hi, I saw a 24" roll (on a 3" core) of Folex Premium Gloss down to three rolls of 8" using a band saw. Not perfect as the sawn ends tend to stick, but it does work on my 7600.Good luck if you try it! Wyn
blueviews
I use lots of papers on the 2200 and I really like the Red River. Nicer to my eye than the Epson. The arguments about ruining the printer are "marketing". Bill
