rjclarke
Hi- I have a N90, and 2 SB-25's. The first is attached to the N90, set for TTL, and the display reads the film speed, lens being used, etc... When I connect the 2nd SB-25 via the SC-19 cord to both flashes, the display of the second flash does not pick up the camera information like the 1st flash. Both flashes are set to TTL. Do things like the power level, and film ISO, need to be set manually for the second flash? Does it matter if they are both set to TTL? Is the default to manual settings, so you control the light output? thanks for the help.
ellis_vener_photography
Both flashes need to be set to TTL. The computer in the first flash (the master) controls the ouput ofthe slaved lights. this is why the info doesn't show up on slaved Speedlights. You might wantto experiment with your settings. I found it works best in some circumstances to dial in some "+" compensation on the flash (just the master).
