beerbrain_ronny_perry
The format of the camera is important, is it, mini DV,DVcam,DigiBeta,BetaSP,BetaSX,MPG/IMX.It needs to be compatible with the edit system in house. What size are the sensor chips, are there any XLR connectors for mic input,(if it is a pro level camera it should have XLRs)is it 4:3 and 16:9 switchable. Is the camera HD or non HD.What is the compression rate and bandwidth of the signal,,10:1, 4:2:2, 25Mbs,50Mbs.Will the camera suit my style of shooting,How much is the camera, does it fit the camera purchase budget, is the camera robust enough,is the camera user friendly, whats the S/N ratio, are the setup menus programbable and can they be stored on portable media to use on another same camera. what brand is the camera ,is it a Sony ,JVC, Ikegami or Panasonic etc.
