kelly_flanigan1
My grandfathers train photos are contact prints that are 8x10". The tonality of these gems fars surpasses most all the photos I have ever viewed.
duncan_mcmorrin2
Peter,if you're also Leica-interested, take a peek over at www.leica-gallery.net It's the free posting gallery of the Leica-M Users Group, or MUG as they are known. There are both amateur and pro portfolios there. Best, Duncan
jay__3
Best, Duncan Well! Duncan you are a gentleman.I have been ignored by Canon users, insulted by Leica users or snobbed.Nikon users have confused me you have helped.I have decided to use Nikon the FM3A.I would not like to use a snobs camera or a canon which users have little interest in. efusco
Maybe I'm just slow, Peter, but what is it, exactly you're trying to ask? Do you want people to give you links to their photos? Do you want people to give a profile of themselves? What does asking the Leica forum have to do with it. Maybe try composing the question in a format that would lead us to have an interest in replying as well as to help us reply in a fashion that would answer your question. Right now I'm just confused...maybe that's why I shoot Nikon?! <sic> --evan

olivier_reichenbach
Peter, Of course you have been «ignored by Canon users», «insulted by Leica users» and «snobbed» by Nikon users. Read your post. It's terse, dry and unfriendly. And it sounds like you won't consider people photographers unless you see their photographs. Who on earth are you? canon man
This is the same jackass that was harrassing all of us yesterday on the EOS Forum. While I was trying to respond with a chastise the forum maintainer deleted his entry. HE obviously is not very intelligent if he is coming to a Photographers forum asking who the photographers are. He was brash, rude, and inconsiderate. As for the accusation that we Canon users are disinterested in our equipment, or what? So far most of the people I have met here at Photo.net have been great and knowledgable, and willing to share. I personally did not take too well to being insulted. 15 years on the construction site will teach you what to do with mouths like that.
