The last owner is a photographer himselfs and ensured me that everything worked fine before he sent it to me. So I installed everything, the card, driver upgrade, nikon scan 3.0. It looks like everything is propperly installed and the scanner makes noices and works but I get on the screen the massage: "nikon scan was unable to fond any active devices". I have a Dell 500MHZ PC with 128Ram and 20GB Hard drive. Not the fastest but it should be ok with this scanner, shoudn't it? The computer work with Windows 98 SE. rick_falck Posted September 29, 2002 Share Posted September 29, 2002 Did you install the special upgrade for Windows 98SE for the firewire drivers? Did he give you the installation documents?
