Yes, but older flash units may have a synch voltage high enough to

damage modern electronically controlled cameras. Power up the flash

and measure the voltage across the hotshoe contacts. If it's around

250V, as it is on my old Vivitar 283, it may damage your camera. Wein

makes a gadget called a Safe-Sync that safely lowers the synch voltage

the camera sees.
