paul burd
How can I make my portfolio public, as in can I post a link that takes interested users directly to my portfolio? Or do I need to set up a separate portfolio somewhere like Blue Domain to get that service?
Sanford
I think you have to go to "settings" and click "public" on each photo.
samstevens
Paul, if you're thinking long term, meaning more than a year or two, I wouldn't rely on PN for a public portfolio. You might send the link out to a bunch of people and find that PN shuts its doors or severely changes soon. There have been many administrative upheavals as well as an almost complete lack of administrative support for the last few years, and I wouldn't be confident in the future of PN. So if you have other options for a public portfolio, I would definitely look into them first. You will also likely have much more design control elsewhere than the bare minimum of choices you get on PN in terms of how your portfolio looks. "You talkin' to me?" Sandy Vongries
Can't speculate on the future, but it appears to me that there have been some changes in the gallery in regard to public / private settings. Haven't posted anything new for some time other than tests. Does anyone recall how to access that function at a level higher than individual photos?
