arthur_mcculloch2
Sorry for the delay. I've been inconvenienced with a motorcycle accident which left me with a 'gammy' left arm - now on the mend. Given me some time to try and 'fix up' the woodsum. Will try it out this week. In the meantime, another previously posted photo - a 'retro': Look forward to your shots. Also acquired a modified Agfa clack, which is now loaded and ready to go. Regards, Arthur. Here's the agfa clak And here's the nifty shutter - just a magnetic, moveable block Looking forward to what it does. Regards again.

arthur_mcculloch2
Diana+ again That's good, Jon. I like the vignetting, and the out of focus blur, yet crisp where it matters - natural to the camera ? (I've never been blessed with a Diana). Regards, Arthur (apiarist1). Jon Eckman
Thanks Arthur, definitely characteristic of the camera and I'm a fan of the varied results that happen with it. Best, Jon
fgorga
Not sure what the rules are here (if any), so my apologies if this is not apropos. This image was made by photographing the ground glass of a camera obscura with a digital camera. The resulting file was converted to monochrome and used to make a digital negative. The negative was then printed on salted-paper. The image is about 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) square. http://gorga.org/blog/wp-content/gallery/2021-06-02/c-stone-church-antrim-center.jpg Regards, --- Frank (www.gorga.org/blog)

I can follow, at least sort of, the photographing on the ground glass of a camera obscura. Though I don't know how you'd do it. Seems odd. Tell me about the camera obscura, I'd like to know. A photo would help. Tell me about 'digital negative', and most, about 'printed on salted paper'. Now that may take a bit of explanation, but it's an ask. Lovely shot; the addition around it, the border, how did you do that?. Regards, Arthur (apiarist1)
