Sunday Street Stuff

OK, Allen, what is it? It looks like a man in a hazmat suit either giving out something (samples?) or collecting samples? And where is it?

A 'living statue' accepting small payment for standing around, doing as little as possible?

A phenomenon that is underexposed. One aspect of which that needs more light is why people think it is something deserving a financial reward. They ignore and are annoyed by beggars who are open about their intentions. But think this is a performance that must be rewarded.

The street is full of mystery.

And if these "living statues" spot a camera on you, they run over demanding payment. If you don't fork over, things get nasty.

"nd if these "living statues" spot a camera on you, they run over demanding payment. If you don't fork over, things get nasty" Royal.

Yet, they are working all day on the street. .Perhaps, if they worked all day in a office, pressing the odd button and kissing arse that would be okay?

Never ever asked for a coin from a street artist, and have taken a lot more of these photos than most.

Thank you for the reply, Allen.

In our "Time of COVID", the image of a person in hazmat/PPE taking something from people going by. or going into a venue, could be almost anything. Street performer never occurred to me.

Unfortunately, the majority of folk, unlike q.g or rollat person, did not inherent a trust fund. So, they have to get bye the best they can. If they were clever enough to find a place in Silicon valley they would.

Unfortunately most folks do not have a trust fund, or, are clever enough to be anything else other than themselves.

But, they are the engine of humanity and should never be looked down upon.

Whatever job they do.
