Niels - NHSN
I just received a Nikon F3HP w/ MD4 motor drive ... I'll load it up with a test roll of T-Max 100 and see how it does. It will wake up your wife, and she will be angry - speaking from experience. 4 Niels

Mike Gammill
Finished film in Yashica this afternoon and processed it. Here's fine tele that I haven't used in a while. I will probably use in on my XE-5 since there's already a roll of FP4+ in it. Back in the day the 135mm tele was often suggested to new SLR owners as the next lens to buy. Packages (today its bundling) might have an SLR, normal lens, and a choice of either a 135 or 35. While not as fast as its f 2.8 sibling, the f 3.5 version performs well. Minolta offered a kit with the Celtic version of this lens and SRT 200 (with flash and bag) at an attractive price.
Kent T
I shot around 7 frames of Fujicolor Superia 400 in my Olympus 35RC about 2 hours ago. Flower pictures in the garden I share with my Mom.
Niels - NHSN
I found a tiny Summaron 3,5cm 1:3.5 that I put to use the past weekend. It was really my intention to shoot HP5+ to see if those brass FILCA reloadable cassettes works as intended, but the weather was beautiful and all the fruit trees were blooming, so I dug out a roll of Fujifilm C200 and hope it is not too old. 5 Niels

rick_drawbridge
This morning the courier dropped off this little Vivitar Series 1 19-35mm f/3.5-4.5 lens, and as soon as the weather clears I'll take it out with the Minolta Dynax 7 seen here.
Mike Gammill
Rather than carry a zoom or two lenses (wide and tele) I'm using my Minolta XE-5 with 135mm f 3.5 MD Rokkor for my tele shots and my Rollei B35 for a wider view. XE-5 on neck strap and B35 on belt case. Both loaded with Ilford FP4+.

Rick_van_Nooij
Cleaned, repaired and tested this Minolta-35 model F for someone last weekend. Was full of shreds of film and had a torn shutter curtain strap. Shot a partial roll of Agfa APX 100 with it.
Fiddlefye
A little something arrived in the mail this morning, just in time for a couple of rainy days - a Nikonos II. For some time now I've wanted a camera to take on walk-arounds in weather when I'd not normally want to take a camera with me. Interesting things appear on dreary, wet and snowy days as well after all. I gather the 35 f2.5 lens is based on the rangefinder Nikkor and is excellent. I was particularly pleased that the lens came with the rubber shroud/hood as it will certainly help keep the elements off the elements - so to speak... I've given it a bit of a clean, had my tech check the shutter speeds (all excellent) and it is now loaded with some HP5. Rain, snow, sleet or hail...
glen_h
I went out last weekend, again, with the D1X and Lytro Illum. I haven't yet tried to extract and process the Illum images. 2 -- glen

Kent T
I will be shooting Minolta this weekend. Just got a SRT-201, 50 1.7 Minolta MD Rokkor-X, a Sigma Mini-Wide 35 2.8, and a Minolta flash unit. $40.
rick_drawbridge
I've had this nice Miranda for at least 5 years and I think I've put only one film through it. I loaded some Ilford FP4+ yesterday and I hope to finish the film this afternoon.
Fiddlefye
This one has been whining at me jealously every time I walk by its case about the time I've been spending with my Rolleis lately so I stuck a roll of HP5 in it to calm it down. ;) 100 f3.5 Planar.
Fiddlefye
A project I've been working on has come to fruition so I'll definitely be shooting a roll tomorrow, weather permitting - if not, Monday for sure. I got a couple of blank lens boards for the Rollei SL66 a couple of years ago and finally got one drilled and a lens mounted. I've had this Scottish J. Lizars "Challenge" camera floating about in unusable condition with parts missing since I found it at a yard sale 35 years ago so it has donated its lens. The lens is a Taylor Cooke Hobson 5.15" f6.5 Series III triplet so it should be different and interesting. The Bausch & Lomb pneumatic shutter is working perfectly, not that it is needed as the SL66 has a focal plane shutter of its own. I did some measurements and it works out that the Infinity distance is almost dead on for flange/focal of the SL66 - as it turns out with about one millimetre spare so I get lovely Infinity focus. I suppose I could shim that at some point if I really wanted to... Tomorrow I'll be shooting like it's 1900, only with some '60s ModCons to go with the experience.

m42dave
With my vehicle in the shop I'm taking advantage of a rental car to do a few excursions, and will be bringing along the Fujica ST901 with Fujinon 29-47mm zoom, which is not much bigger than a standard lens.
chuck_foreman1
Enjoyed seeing the MF SLRs.. wanting a "WF hood " for my Mamiya...he said......knowing full well it is out my pocketbook and hard to find. I just like the aesthetic! The SLR pentaprism if excellent and practical...but ugly! IMHO This lovely jewel has some limitations, but I want to use it anyway. I will also take along the little employed Jupiter 9. The only Zeiss lens I have is a prewar collapsible 50mm 3.5 Tessar and it is lightly hazed. It's great in the right light. The shutter is unreliable above 250th . partial exposed or second curtain problem-
rick_drawbridge
I came across this extraordinarily tidy copy of the somewhat historic Minolta 7000, the world's first SLR camera with integrated autofocus and motor drive. Now days, it's unusual to find one that isn't suffering from the crumbling plastic that many Minoltas of this era exhibit, so this one has obviously been looked after and probably stored in a case. It's fitted with the rather nice Minolta 28-85mm f/3.5-4.5 lens, and I'll shoot some Ilford FP4 Plus if I get a chance this weekend.
Niels - NHSN
My newly overhauled Leica IIIf was not overhauled well enough and had to go back to the tech. I have to find comfort in reading about the camera, and use its Summaron lens on the M2 instead while I am waiting. 5 Niels
