Matt Laur
Important: please keep your image under 1000 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc). Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here:http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. This forum's moderators are allowing up to three Nikon Wednesday images per week, so share some work! While stomping around a friend's pond over the weekend, I came across this momma Canada goose sitting on her nest hidden in the grass at the edge of the water. She was definitely giving me the eye as I walked past. Her gander was out in the pond a few yards away making sure I could see him, and ready to come rushing in if I made the wrong move. They are very protective of those eggs. I expect I'll have some fuzzy yellow gosling shots in short order. I enjoyed last week's nature extravaganza Nikon Wednesday - keep it up!
