DocBobB Posted February 20, 2021 Share Posted February 20, 2021 My week old account is still "pending approval" and I cannot make any of my photos public. There is a "contact support" link that brings up a blank page on my computer but brings up a fillable contact form on my iPad that I filled out but got no response. On my IPad you can contact them directly at "contact@photo.net" I have tried 3 times on different days and get "Your message wasn't delivered to contact@photo.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." What is going on? Is this a site run solely by a computer? I don't want to commit to putting all my portfolios here because if something goes wrong, I seem to have no recourse. It's a shame really, because I like how this site is organized and the balance between good photographs and a good community. I especially like that you can ask for and give feedback. Sandy Vongries Posted February 20, 2021 Share Posted February 20, 2021 No, actually not, unfortunately, things run as they do in respect to approval, the volunteer Administrators and Moderators cannot influence timing I would suggest you acclimatize yourself to Photo Net and NOT load your portfolios until you have evaluated the performance of the site and weighed benefits against less desirable factors.
