dennis_tsang2
There is a new cheap Canon SLR model called EOS 88 sold in asian market. Equipped with a 35-80mm f4-5.6 III lens. But I haven't found any information of this model on the net. Does anyone has information of this camera? Or any site I can find its information?Thank you. e.ung___
The latest Photography magazine"Camera and Photo News" in Hong Kong has the full details and specialisations of this "beginner" camera. It has three points (manual select) AF, GN 12 built in flash(A-TTL and TTL), 90% viewfinder, 360g body weight, motor drive 1 fps only, multiple exposure (2-9), AF speed of 0.34s and all usual exposure modes, etc. To me, this camera is definitly inferior to the old EOS 100 although it has got the model no. of 88.
