invisibleflash
When Lightroom finishes exporting can an alarm be set to notify the operation is complete? Thanks
AlanKlein
There's a little linear window on the upper left that shows the process and when it's done. I also have checked off the function that causes the computer to go to the folder in the computer where the image files created are stored once the process is over. Then I can look at them to see how they came out. Flickr gallery: https://www.flickr.com/photos/alanklein2000/albums
digitaldog
No, there is no option for an auditable alarm. I suppose, depending on your OS, you might be able to hack this with a 3rd party utility, for example, on Mac, Hazel can 'watch' a folder where you might send exports, then pop a notification when it detects images exported into said folder. invisibleflash
OK, thanks. My video editing software has a loud alarm when it is done. I was hoping Lightroom had something. Normally not a big deal. But when I have a big file to export it saves time when you know it is done.
