Glenn McCreery
I used Topaz Simplify in Photoshop to make a painterly representation. I added the Topaz version as a layer over the original image and revealed various aspects of the original and added a moon. Another fine photo to play with!

frankmercer
I used PS CS6 to replace the sky in the upper right. Then I adjusted color balance and cropped the image. Edited October 5, 2020 by frankmercer
tom_r
Started with LR adjustments, then to Dynamic Auto Painter and back to LR for more tinkering.
mikemorrell
I'm busy as a volunteer (amongst other things) for my local biennial 6-week long Photo Festival at the moment. So I don't often have time or energy to contribute to the weekly PP challenge. In a couple of weeks, things will get back to normal. I did take a quick stab at this one by: - square cropping to focus more closely on the people - reducing the yellows in the WB - adding a shade of blue in the shadows - making sure everyone more a mask , except when eating.
PuntaColorada
- making sure everyone more a mask , except when eating. Hi Mike. Adding the masks is good and timely statement! The photo was taken in 2011. I would not like to make anyone think that the good people of Quebec City were not wearing masks when advised to do so.
