Suddenly my email is no longer recognized and I cannot login from my computer starting about 5/29.2020. I cannot create a new password either. I get an error message that says there are no users with my credentials. I created this new account because there seemed to be no other way to contact anyone for help to restore my ability to login from my computer. My smart phone goes right into my account, but I do not work from my smartphone. I'm asking for help to fix my account.
