May I ask how you came to choose this forum for your post, please ?

Tony Parsons
And you could not have come to a better place ! Welcome to the Forum, and thank you for explaining your interest in photography - it sounds a fascinating project, and I hope you post some of your images soon. If you are using digital equipment, it is probably easier to post here, rather than scanning negatives or slides, but all are equally welcome. In one way, I envy you having a big garden, which must have given you so much enjoyment during the lockdown (here in the UK, restrictions have been eased slightly at the moment). On the other hand, while I have always enjoyed looking at other peoples' gardens, I have never felt the urge to have one of my own (too much like hard work ! :)). If there should be any advice or information you would like, don't hesitate to ask - we're a pretty friendly bunch here, and always willing to help. Tony Parsons
Self-quote (probably bad manners, but Oscar Wilde did it !) : 'If there should be any advice or information you would like, don't hesitate to ask - we're a pretty friendly bunch here, and always willing to help.' I should have mentioned there are a couple of somewhat 'spiky' members, who seem to have a certain amount of hedgehog (or holly, to keep it horticultural) in their genetic make-up, but you'll find them soon enough.
